How are prints made? Prints are professionally printed on 253gsm archival quality matte photo paper for work that lasts a lifetime.
Where are you located and where is the work made? Most things are created in-house from our sunny Brisbane studio. For trickier products we work with a select group of local businesses such as fabric manufacturers.
Can you customise colours for prints? Yes! I can customise the colours for almost any of the prints in my store. (Sorry not limited edition prints) Just send me a message and we can provide a quote.
Can you add my child's name to a print? Yes, any of my kids prints can be customised with the addition of your child's name and birth stats for example. Just send me a message and we can provide a quote.
I found a set of prints in your store, but I want to swap one in the set for another print in your store. Is this possible? Yes! As long as the print you want to swap is the same price, just mention which prints you'd like to swap round in the comment box during checkout
What is the process for a custom print order? If a item shows on the listing it can be customised the instructions will state to leave your details in the notes section during the ordering process. Once the order is received I will email a proof for you to look over. I will wait two working days for a reply, sending a reminder notice, then your order will be printed and shipped.
If a listing makes no mention of customisation please contact me for a quote with information on what you'd like to change.
What is an open edition print and a limited edition print? 'Open edition prints' are ones that have no limit to the amount of times they are printed and sold, this is the case for most creative monsoon artwork. For this reason they are more affordable as they are always available and don't sell out. 'Limited edition prints' have a limit of the amount of times they are printed which makes them more special.
Are frames included? Frames shown in the listings are for display only, and are not included. It keeps shipping costs way down and there's no worrying about glass smashing during transport. We work with standard print sizes easy to find frames for at stores such as Kmart, Spotlight or your local framer.
