Please allow 1-2 working days turn around time for us to prepare your order. Custom and personalised orders will need to go through an email approval process so you may need to factor in extra time for this. Some items such as onesies are made to order so check the processing time on the individual listing.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location. We ship with Australia Post, as a guide please allow for the following estimated shipping times
Australia: 3-6 business days
New Zealand: 1-3 weeks
North America: 2-3 weeks
Europe: 2-3 weeks
Please note during large holiday periods such as Christmas, extra time may need to be factored in.

Shipping is FREE for all orders over $150! Otherwise it's flat rate $5 domestic shipping and $9 for express post.
International orders have a flat rate of $13 for the US and Canada and $15.50 for the rest of the world.

Returns
We hope you are delighted with your order. However If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at info@creative-monsoon.com as soon as possible and return it to us, in its original condition within 14 days.
Items damaged in transit must have a photo showing damage to the item and packaging to issue any refund.
