Shipping
All Items are shipped 2-3 working days after full payment has gone through, using standard Australia Post. If you wish your item to be insured the cost is the buyers responsibility, please contact us to arrange additional payment.

We do ship overseas, using standard airmail. Please remember any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties etc that may be incurred at the time of delivery are at the discrection of each contry's tax system. Creative monsoon is not responsible for these charges, please refer to your local customs agency.

Refunds and Exchanges
We hope that you are completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and I will replace or exchange. The buyer will be responsible for returning items in their original condition and return shipping costs.

In the event of an item lost in the post, I will wait 6 weeks before replacing the item. In my experience most packages show up within this time frame. Please double check your address details before putting your order through.
